MosquitoNix is a rapidly expanding national mosquito control franchise brand with new locations opening each month across the United States. The Inside Sales Manager will lead and develop a centralized sales team responsible for converting inbound and outbound leads into system installations and services for franchise locations.

This role is responsible for managing the daily operations of the inside sales team, improving conversion rates, building scalable sales processes, and ensuring franchise territories receive consistent, high-quality sales support from the Customer Aquistion Center (CAC).

The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who thrives in a fast-growing environment and can balance coaching, performance management, CRM reporting, and process development.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Team Leadership

  • Manage and coach a team of inside sales representatives responsible for selling services across multiple franchise territories

  • Conduct call reviews, pipeline reviews, and regular 1-on-1 coaching sessions

  • Set clear sales goals and hold the team accountable to performance metrics

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new sales representatives as the network grows

Sales Operations & Process

  • Build and refine scalable sales processes that support a growing franchise network

  • Ensure all leads are properly handled, tracked, and followed up on through the CRM

  • Optimize inbound lead handling, outbound prospecting, and relationship-based selling strategies

  • Maintain strong coordination with marketing to ensure lead flow and campaign effectiveness

Franchisee Sales Support

  • Work closely with franchise owners to support sales efforts in their local markets

  • Ensure franchisees receive consistent communication and reporting on lead activity

  • Provide guidance on pricing, sales strategies, and relationship development in local markets

  • Support franchisees during major commercial opportunities and large installations

CRM & Reporting

  • Manage sales activity and reporting through HubSpot

  • Monitor key performance indicators including:

    • Lead response time

    • Conversion rates

    • Average deal size

    • Revenue by territory

  • Identify opportunities to improve sales performance through data and reporting

Training & Development

  • Develop training materials and ongoing coaching programs for the sales team

  • Assist in sales training for franchise owners who wish to manage their own sales

  • Help standardize messaging and brand positioning across the network

Key Performance Indicators

  • Lead-to-close conversion rate

  • Revenue generated per sales representative

  • Response time to new leads

  • Average deal size

  • Sales pipeline health

  • Franchisee satisfaction with CAC sales support

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience

  • 2+ years managing inside sales teams

  • Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)

  • Strong coaching and leadership abilities

  • Data-driven decision maker

  • Experience in home services, franchising, or B2C sales is preferred

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
