About the Role:
Join the MosquitoNix Charlotte team as an Elves Assistant Installer! In this exciting role, you'll help our lead operator install holiday lighting and decor for our clients. This is a seasonal role for the winter months. Hours per week will vary depending on amount of jobs. 

Responsibilities:
  • Assist lead installers in the installation of holiday lighting
  • Conduct site assessments to determine installation requirements.
  • Help with the installation of equipment and products in residential and commercial properties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries on-site.
  • Maintain tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Document installation processes and report any issues to the lead installer.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals and targets.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in installation or outdoor services preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality work.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
