As a Service Manager, you will be provided the opportunity to grow your career and control your financial opportunities through the B&J Ventures, LLC.
Successful Technicians will:
  • Implement MosquitoNix Standards and Operations across all service-related channels by motivating and holding the team accountable to achieve top-notch service
  • Capable of quick/efficient problem-solving skills while managing a wide array of items daily
  • Hold team learning sessions and incentive plans to create team morale and strive for the team to exceed expectations
  • Must be highly organized and a great communicator
  • Join Regional Networking Groups to expand referral contacts through preferred partnerships
  • Manage Service Team to ensure thorough inspections of customers’ properties to provide best practices for Mosquito Control through one of our many services (Misting Systems, Temporary Treatments, General Pest, and Holiday Lights & Decor)
  • Attend events to showcase the Misting System and the advantages of the highest quality parts and components that we provide
  • Utilize Word of Mouth and Leverage existing client base to expand client base through the service team by Walk Throughs & Service Appointments
Requirements: We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
  • Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

You'll be thoroughly screened and tested for competence within the scope of your work, and we also pull Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) reports and run background checks to ensure that we have safe, hygienic and responsible staff members. Our training program takes six weeks to complete. That's a full month and a half of training before you interact with any customers or perform any service work. It's a serious commitment, but by the end of your training, you'll be a trusted employee ready to take on challenging tasks, serve customers and enjoy competitive pay and steady employment.

In addition to training our staff members up front, we also offer a number of employee development programs to make sure our workers are always ready to meet new challenges. This includes on-going performance monitoring, goal setting and plans of action between employees and their managers. Each employee continues annual developmental training to provide the opportunity to perform at the highest levels and grow within the company.
